• Exchanges: Exchanges are only permitted in cases where you receive an incorrect order, such as the wrong size, color, or item. If this happens, please contact us immediately to arrange an exchange.

• Important: It is essential that you check your order carefully before the courier leaves. Once the courier has left, no exchanges or claims for wrong items will be accepted.

• Any requests for exchanges after the courier departure will not be processed.
